Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with us! We want to make sure you get exactly what you need. If things don’t work out, here is how we handle returns:
15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Condition & Eligibility
For an ECU or module to be eligible for a refund, it must be in its original condition. We cannot accept returns if the unit has been:
  • Bricked (software failure due to improper flashing)
  • Shorted (electrical damage)
  • Water Damaged
  • Damaged by Programming Errors
Defective Products
If you are claiming the product is faulty, you must provide proof of failure (such as diagnostic reports or professional technician notes) before a refund is processed.
Returns for "Change of Mind"
If you no longer need the item but it is functioning correctly:
  1. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us and covering all associated shipping costs.
  2. Condition: The product must be returned in the exact same condition it was received. Any signs of installation, wear, or tampering will void the refund.
